Great for Families, but Needs Updates

We enjoyed the kid-friendly atmosphere and the close access to the outdoor pool, perfect for our family. The staff greeted us with welcome bags for the kids, which was a lovely touch! Keep in mind, the fridge isn’t very cold, and there’s no microwave in the room. Pack snacks!

On the downside, the hotel shows significant wear and tear, with numerous reports of stained carpets, outdated light fixtures, and furniture that’s seen better days. Many guests mentioned issues like non-functioning TVs, broken HVAC systems, or even maintaining basic cleanliness, which can throw a wrench in your stay. The security situation raises eyebrows too, with guests expressing discomfort over loud disturbances and miscommunication about room assignments.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could do better with the pool temperature for kids. It was too warm for them to enjoy a refreshing swim.

I rented a Double Room with Two Double Beds and it was clean and spacious. The shower had hot water, and everything felt quiet. The only weird thing was my bathroom had a dirty diaper under the sink, which wasn’t cool. They gave me towels to soak up some water from a toilet issue. The front desk was nice though. Overall, it was comfy but had some issues.

the radisson made our stay super comfortable! we really appreciated how the staff went out of their way to keep us in the same room across three reservations. the bar staff was really friendly and the hotel is perfect for groups or families with several weddings happening that weekend. great amenities!

I loved lounging by the outdoor pool, which had the best saltwater vibe to relax with family! My kids enjoyed the themed decorations and surprises during our stay, including a rubber ducky gift at check-in. Especially for fun days at the amusement park-such an ideal family getaway!
